Terms of Use

These terms cover how you use the GameCommunity website and take part in our club in Warsaw. By sending a form or joining an event, you agree to what's set out here. If something is unclear, email us before you book.

Using the site

The site gives information about the club and lets you request membership, a ticket or a workshop seat through a form. Please give accurate details so we can confirm your place. Don't use the site to disrupt the service, submit false requests or misuse the forms.

Membership and bookings

Sending a form is a request, not a guaranteed place. We confirm by email once we've checked availability. Payment happens on site or by invoice after we confirm — we never collect card details online. Prices, schedules and event details are shown in good faith and may change; the confirmed details in your email are what apply.

Conduct at the club

The community works because people are decent to each other. Treat members, guests, staff and equipment with respect, follow floor and event guidance, and mind the age ratings on individual titles. We may ask anyone acting unsafely or unfairly to leave without a refund.

Responsibility

We keep the club and its equipment in good order, but we can't accept responsibility for personal belongings or for issues outside our control. Use the equipment as intended and report any problem to staff so we can help.
