Refund Policy
We want the club to feel fair, and that includes what happens when plans change. This page explains how refunds and transfers work for memberships, LAN-night tickets and workshop seats. Because you pay on site or by invoice after we confirm, most changes are easy to sort out with a quick message.
Tickets and workshop seats
Cancel a LAN-night ticket or workshop seat at least 24 hours before it starts and we'll refund it in full or move you to another date, whichever you prefer. Inside 24 hours we'll always try to transfer you to a later session, since the seat has already been held for you.
Membership
Monthly membership can be stopped before the next cycle so you're not charged again. We don't pro-rate part-months, but if something went wrong on our side — an event we cancelled, for example — tell us and we'll make it right with a credit or refund.
If we cancel or reschedule
If we have to cancel or move an event, you'll get the choice of a full refund or a place at the rescheduled session. We'll contact you by email as soon as we know.
No-shows
A place you don't use and didn't cancel can't be refunded, because the seat was reserved and kept free for you. Let us know in advance whenever you can and we'll do our best to help.
How to request one
Email [email protected] with the name and date on your booking. We handle requests within a couple of working days and confirm the outcome by email.
